Huawei, since the launch of their mobiles in Pakistan, has not decided to advertise it massively. Let me mention here that Huawei aired some TV commercials earlier for its flagship device P6, G510 and Y320, but almost all of them were ignored as they weren’t targeted at Pakistani audience with local face. But this time, our resources report that the very famous actress, VJ, Model and renowned TV anchor, Mahira Khan who is widely recognized for TV serial Humsafar and 2011′s peak grossing Pakistani movie “Bol” will be the Brand Ambassador of Huawei in Pakistan. Mahira Khan and Emmad Irfani (renowned model) will appear in the TVC filmed in Thailand for the newly launched Ascend G700 Dual SIM Smartphone. Huawei has fully planned to give harsh time to its competitors. The first phase was to launch Smartphones and market them and second was to advertise them. Range of phones and different cost range; we consider it’s the paramount time for Huawei to take a flight. It is worth to mark that QMoblie has already aired a number of commercials for its Smartphones and the latest Smartphone has been featured by Bollywood’s Super Film-actress Kareena Kapoor. Samsung has too aired a couple of such advertisements featured by Humaima Malik and Josh Band. I believe the new TVC of Huawei will definitely help them to enhance the sale and endorse the awareness among the possible users.
